Erika's mission is to inspire you to make a commitment to healthy living and support you on your journey to make changes to improve your health and wellness. As a life coach, Erika believes that you are creative, resourceful and capable of making changes. Standing on this foundation Erika will work with you to:

Workshop

In partnership with Susan Osher; Registered Dietitian, Lecturer and Researcher; Erika created a unique workshop which enhances wellness by integrating the knowledge of nutrition with coaching tools to help implement the individual’s nutritional goals.
